You are cordially invited and welcome to participate with us in a fabulous get-together occasion of a flexible fundraising function organised by the Executive Committee of Acholi Association, to take place in the Hall, as St Matthews Church, Stratford, 38 Dyson Road, London E15 4jx, on Saturday 4 March 2006, commencing at 3.00pm and ending at 10:00pm sharp.
The Occasion will be marked by the following main themes and activities:
Free entry, entertainment, music and dance: Traditional, national and Foreign.
Free Food: [Acholi Dishes(Malakwang, Boo ki Layata, lacakacaka, Lapena agura, Dek Ngor ki moo yaa, War tyen ayom-obokokwer, lakotokoto, Cinecine and Molokony)
Auction: Exotic Paintings by the nationally advertised artist and professional engineer, Chris Lakony-Assistant Secretary, Acholi Association.
Donations and Sales: Donations include anything good you may want to part with, in favour of AA caus; will be sold for the Fundraising purpose. Tokens for drinks of your choice will be available at reasonable contribution.
Pledges: Pledge anything valuable, that you will honour, before the seminar this month
We appeal to you therefore, for total support by attending this remarkable funcion and contributing in the best way you can, and within your individual, corporate, charitable or group capacity, to support the success of this occasion.
All proceeds will go towards preparations for Acholi Association's forthcoming seminar. Acholi Association Executive Committee is finalising preparations for thematic seminar for further discussions of very important contemporary issues.
I thank you all and once again, to those who attended the last function in which you inspired us beyond expectation with full, whole-hearted contributions. I pray we all keep up the same spirit, always
